Will defo be practicing this grip. I seem to recall John Lowe gripping his darts in pretty much the same way, it worked for a legend like him, so it can work for anyone. 😊
O yes the DD grip is similar to old stone faces but the most awesome thing is it works with almost ant darts from bombs to pencil.

Hi Danny yep and once the DD way has locked in its an awesome way to chuck. Its not unusual for me to hit 10 12 and on the odd ocation 16+ in a 3 hour session at the pub.

Interesting! How does your grip apply to people who don't have a front grip on the dart? Like a middle or rear gripper? How long do you think it would take to learn your grip from someone who has played darts on and off for 20 years? Great content! Thank you!
I have had so many lads and some lasses who played for decades in their own way and were well let's say Crap they embraced the DD way and some now play off 70 80 and 90+ averages. The one thing you must have is the real desire to change. If you have it i will transform your whole darting life. Cheers D Dave...
Hi I throw darts in a team local league
Have you ever dealt with anyone with one eye as my darts consistency is just not there I can throw 180s and 100+ out shots but not consistent
What flight is that
Harrows Cilc system used them for about f years solid they last ages i would recommend them.
What barrel shape would you recommend for this style ?
The DD grip works on all barrel shapes except ones that are cut for your fingers to fit in certain places like the Mervin kings. Can I incorporate this with soft tip?
Yes of course i coach loads of players from the USA who play predominantly soft tip darts.

I was curious because, the soft tips i use “lippoint” don’t break, but seem to bend. I feel like having a bent tip under your finger nail wouldn’t be as consistent. I have watched a lot of your videos and they have been big factors in improving my darts. I actually sent you an email about a week ago about prices on coaching. I am just waiting about a month when my dart league is over before i can fully commit to changing my throw.

Yep i agree but if i dont activate them and claim my tiny bit you tube put them on anyway and take all the money so i get nowt. Sorry buddy but the bills still need to be paid and other than the ads there totally free to watch and subscribe.
