Agree! Oura ring is a good health tracker but the fact that you can’t access your data without an annual subscription is a total BS. And for a moment I thought maybe I’ll go with the oura ring. But after finding the alternative I’ll definitely not buy the oura ring. It’s 600$ plus annual subscription 250/300$ it’s simply crazy!!

Very put together as always! I like your videos, but kind of like with the robot vacuum video, when you don’t have any complaints or cons, or comparisons to other potentially better products, it just feels like a commercial.

The only feedback I have is that you had the ring for 30 days or maybe even more and so I was expecting a more in-depth look at all the health features both in the app or the website or whatever other services they have. In your video you said that you didn't get into all of them and you were just kind of scratching the surface, so since it was a 30-day review I was expecting more. Either way, great work!

Careful buying Ringconn. Even though it's cheaper and there's no monthly sub, if you don't like it, you're stuck with it. and that's a lot of money to be out of.

Great review, thank you! What about it tracking your exercises? Say for instance if you’re running or walking, does it detect or tell you to select which type of exercise you’re doing?
It does not, but it tracks your heart rate zones to get a measurement for your activity
40-60 beats a minute is a fine heart rate when asleep 60-100 is normal resting heart rate not necessary a sleeping rate that’s like sitting laying down driving so on 90-120 when walking or doing light activities is normal as well
can you take your blood oxygen reading manually whenever you want using the app?
i really only need one feature , to beep me if i am out of a certain heart rate zone when im exercising , does it have that ?

Is it true ringconn doesn't track live heart rate in a live workout? Is it tracking every 10 seconds?

No, it records data while not connected to your phone. As soon as it connects, it uploades data to the app!
It counts my hand movements as steps. Is there a solution for that?

Very late but yea it’s a iPhone feature, within settings there’s an option “standby” it only works when your phone is horizontal and charging tho

If you're into the smart watch and smart ring scene it's one of the cheapest and doesn't require a subscription.
This is a niche product and certainly not for everyone.
