Consistency is really important to accomplish what you have done. I was really motivated in my early 20s and in great shape. By 33 years old I was drinking and eating a really dirty diet as well. I think by 33 I was at least 330lbs. I got sick of it and found new motivation when I started trying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Having a reason for me to get back into the gym and train has helped a lot. Two years later I’m 278 lbs and still going. Stay hard brother and keep up the good work.
