    Just a tip: this exercise is very effective however I wouldn't recommend doing this exercise every single day as your body will get used to it so it will take longer to see the result. I would advise to do alternate between this and another ab workout which will tone your abs in a short time compared to doing this workout everyday. (This advice applies for all types of exercise like cardio! Make sure to consistently change up your workout routine so u can find effective result) HOPE THIS ADVICE DIDNT PUT U OFF😀

      Its because your thigh muscles are taking the bulk of the weight instead of your abs. Your abs aren't strong enough..but once it gets stronger it will take over.

      Blue Shoes is right, also don’t forget to suck in your belly while doing the exercises, your lower back shouldn’t be arched during the exercises, it has to be flat on the floor/mat.

    I’m a weight lifter and I usually do the same ab workout 2x a week so I decided to shake it up and try something new. Thank you for humbling me and giving me such a good sweat-I’ll incorporating this into my routine for sure

    Folks, understand this woman already has very little body fat which helps in being able to see her ab muscles. Reduce your body fat and you're likely to see the muscles you have. This is a great way to build strength but you can't spot train.

    this works!!! i've been struggling to tone and lose fat in my lower stomach and it has decreased a lot and the lines are showing which have never been visible before. i do this vid on and off throughout the week for the past two weeks and include another ab exercise

    Hey! I’m back to restart this after being lazy for a period of time.
    Starting November 2, 2022
    Alternating between the other workout on my playlist 2021-2022.
    Day 1:✅
    Day 2:✅
    Day 3:✅
    Day 4:❌
    Day 5:✅
    Day 6: period cramps ❌
    Day 7:✅Definition is visible
    Day 8:✅ neck hurts, need to engage abs more
    Starting December 5, 2020
    Previous workout on my playlists called “November 6-December 4, 2020”
    Day 1:✅ Burnt, had to take a couple pauses in between and work in engaging my abs more to release tension in my neck.
    Day 2: ✅ Okay learnt from my mistakes yesterday and engaged my core and no neck pain today! I have definition from my previous ab workout.
    Day 3: ✅ THE ONE LEG BICYCLE KILLS ME!!!!
    Day 4: ✅ Okay besties! I’ve been considering avoiding sugar products and limit my junk food! Today was good, felt the burn for sure. No evident progress yet!
    Day 5: ❌ GOT MY BLOOD TYPE TESTED! can’t do any arm workouts today so had to skip out but I am going to wear my waist trainer for a bit when I return from the gym. On another note, I burnt 101 calories on the bicycle machine ;)
    Day 6:✅Forgot to wear the trainer yesterday but, I did pretty good at my test today. Abs holds burnt and still focusing on keeping my back in the ground. A little bit of definition when I’m not bloated!!!
    Cardio: 13 incline, 3.5 speed, 0.99 distance, 152 calories (treadmill) TIME 18:00
    Day 7:✅ 1 week in! Slight definition and I feel a tad bit stronger in my core!
    Day 8:✅ Still feel the burn, when I’m not bloated there are visible lines!!!
    Day 9:✅ Good burn sweating
    Day 10:✅ I kept my back on the ground and sucked in my stomach and it made such a difference because it burnt more and less strain on the neck. My waist looks a bit smaller.
    Day 11:✅ Cramps but I’ll pull through! Sweating right now my goodness. Definition is there I see you!
    Day 12:✅
    Day 13: REST DAY
    Day 14: ✅ Good workout not that much of a burn going to stack maybe another workout on this one?
    Day 15: ✅ arms, butt and abs day! hurting a bit all over, worth it!
    Day 16:✅ more motivated to workout and see more progress! Clenching harder and remembering to breathe!!!
    Day 17:✅ Some progress, still burns not going to lie!!! Gyms are closing so, I’ll have to work out at home!
    Day 18:✅ Last workout at the gym for awhile, burns but some progress and definition. Going to keep going!!!
    STOPPING THIS ONE AND GOING TO ANOTHER HARDER ONE!!!
    RESULTS: my stomach is hard!!! Not much definition but my abs are hard. :) January schedule has this one too with a new second one!!!

    Day 1: Really hard, felt rly sore the next day
    Day 2: Got a little easier
    Day 3: Was able to complete all the exercises
    Day 4: Started seeing a little definition
    Day 5: At a sleepover
    Day 6: sleepover
    Day 7: Line faint but starting to form
    Day 8: Line forming more, exercises easier
    Day 9: skipped
    Day 10: Line prominent on upper abs
    Day 11: definition around abs forming...
    Will keep updating each day!!

      Oops yes I’m still there, it’s been a year and 2 months ish since I started attempting to exercise ahahahaha
      I’ve progressed to 2kg leg weights (4kg total) and a 6.8kg dumbbell ^^
      there’s been no noticeable visual difference as I’ve already hit my weight plateau at 166cm / 52.5kg, BUT I’ve noticed even more gains in muscle strength! Im now able to do weighted side planks where previously I just wobbled around. I outlast my dancer friends at core exercises and just any endurance exercise in general, you really use your core for a lot of moves.
      Without cardio, I don’t expect my lines to become anymore defined, but the amount of muscle I’ve built there is very visible. Like, it’s a literal hill with a valley in the middle. In fact my waist circumference used to be 66cm before I started weight training and now it’s 67cm cus of the gains.
      My current routine is 20 reps x 2 sets of each exercise, weighted :) core day is my favourite day.

    Okay, I just did this and it burned SO GOOD. I want to try and do this every night and see what results I get.
    I'll update if I do end up being consistent, if not, maybe just try it out yourself. Its only 10 minutes :)
    Edit: I did this for the second time in the morning because that's when I usually workout, even though today is my rest day lol I'm fairly confident I can stay consistent to update you guys on results within at least a few weeks of doing this. I'll point out if I notice any major differences along the way :)
    3rd day of this exercise! I did some HIIT and weight training before this so I didnt have much energy for it today, but I still did all 10 minutes!
    I'll update again for tomorrow :)
    Day 4: I'm so out of breath today for some reason, but I still tried my best! I did 30 minutes of cardio and resistance before this. (Its glute day :D)
    It was difficult not to stay laying on the floor after I finished this exercise today lol

    Its day 5! I have noticed that my abs do seem more toned than before! The line in my abs goes all the way down to my belly button rather than just stopping midway. I'm going to keep doing this to see further and better results :)
    Hello! Its day 6. I felt much more energized while doing this today, even though I did almost an hour of workouts before this.
    I can tell that my core is much stronger and I can even hold elbow planks a little longer!
    I'll be back tomorrow:)
    Day 7 is done! I feel much stronger when doing these exercises. I can do them with just a little more ease, but they still burn like crazy!
    My abs are definitely more toned than when I started doing this everyday. I wish I could share progress pictures somehow to let you guys know. I want to keep doing this for another week and see how it goes :)
    Day 8 is completed! I felt so tired and hungry while doing this lol I workout while fasted in the morning and usually I feel fine :) Always remember to drink lots of water and eat good protein! Your body needs protein to build muscles :)
    I forgot to update yesterday because I did one of her weighted ab exercises instead of this one. It went okay. This one burns way more!
    I did this one today again, as per usual now. It was still super intense. My abs are TONED! I'm actually really happy with the results so far :) I know I'm probably going to have to switch up these exercises every once in a while because depending on how long you've done an exercise, your body starts to get used to it. Anyways, I'll update tomorrow :)
    After a while of doing this workout, I started switching it up/not doing ab workouts everyday which is fine. But I have noticed that my abs are SO much more visible. I even find it kind of weird how I can still feel my abs when I’m not flexing lol
    Doing ab exercises everyday definitely helps keep your core toned, but remember to take breaks too because your body needs time to build muscle and recover : )

    Day 1: It was very hard, and I was a little bit lazy with it, but man it burned.
    Day 2: Still as hard lol!
    Day 3: I can feel that it is getting easier, still a lot of sweat lol
    Day 4: It is getting easier, but still very intense
    Day 5: I can feel it getting easier

      It’s not good to train the same abs every especially if you want to build new abs that aren’t there yet I would recommend taking at least 1 day off between training the same area of muscles and do some cardio or butt/arm/ leg workouts the other day

    I hope you see this because I am putting my heart out to you saying this. THIS IS A WORKOUT THAT DOESN'T CAUSE MY HIPS PAIN OR TOES LIKE THE OTHERS THAT STRESS A LOT OF PLANKS.     this is super effective, just having a hard time staying committed. I did it 3 times in a week and already saw results. I’ve tried so many workouts and everyone on there always says they see results but I never did so this is a first.

    This is the most intense and working abs workout. I have been doing it for 1 month with 1day workout and 1day rest. Lines are barely seen on daylight, so, I try to adjust lighting condition and shadow. Better seen in low light with shadow.
    Sort of visible lines appeared after 2 weeks.
    Do not expect lines to be that defined like hers, mine are still not close to hers. But, I will continue.
    Btw, I have not changed my diet, I do not do any exercises on the rest days. My weight is 50kg.
    Will update after 1 month again.
    Believe me this works, because I have done one month of Chloe Ting and 1 month of Pamela Reif abs exercises, neither of them showed promising results.
    I am happy to find this video

    Okay so I thought I had strong abs, but this legit killed me. Loved that there were no breaks, and each exercise was just 30s! Never got boring :D Will definitely be doing again, thank you for the workout!

    I tried to do this with 10lb ankle weights..wow..intense!! I couldn't do it with good form. Very good video, i switched from her weighted abs workout to this one.

      @@niharikarai6493 if your goal is to obtain a smaller waist, it's better to not use weights as they aid in gaining muscles. A gain in muscle usually mean an increase in size.

      @@niharikarai6493 My core definitely got way stronger, but I didn't shed off enough belly fat to see my abs in a defined way. I could feel the muscle under tho haha. I stopped doing it for a while and now I gotta start over, the exercises are pretty tough again.

    This is the best abs workout you can't change my mind I have tried tones of them but this is the one, you can feel burn all day along and only after two days my belly is strong, also one good tip is to drink green tea whithout any sugar only lemon before you workout it burns more calories.

      And you should not need to make your waist smaller in unrealistic way.
      Just do a whole body workout, balance your diet and RUN running is such an stomach burner

    I haven't done an ab workout in a couple weeks and this was intense! Definitely want those 11 line abs so I'll be doing this every day😄
    Day 1: Done
    Day 2: Not Done
    Day 3: Done
    Day 4: Done
    Day 5: Done
    Day 6: Done, I really wanted to stop but fought through it!
    Day 7: Done
    Day 8: Skipped today! Really busy with school..
    Day 9: Done
    Day 10: Done, so far the workout is still difficult to do, I take 5 sec breaks after a lot of the exercises, but I'm still working at it.👍 For results, my stomach is a little toned on the sides. I haven't been eating as healthy as usual so I'll be eating less sweets this week along with some other workouts like hiit, running and this ab workout! 😄
    Day 11: Done
    Day 12: Done
    Day 13: Rest Day (Another busy school day)
    Day 14: Done, The workout is getting easier now too! I have slight abs on my sides!😁
    Day 15: Done
    Okay so I am going to stop updating now because I won't have a lot of time this week, you know exams, lol. I would definitely recommend this workout. I got slight results in about a week and a half with slight side abs. Just a few tips...
    1) Try to have a clean diet.
    2) Drink at least 8 cups of water daily.
    3) Try to fit in 15 to 20 minutes of cardio or hiit. Either a video or running or whatever else u wanna do.
    4) In this workout, when you're laying on the ground press your lower back firmly into the ground. This will help activate your obliques for those 11 line abs and it will help your back not to hurt.
    5) When your doing the lower ab exercises, really squeeze the lower abs. (I found it easier to think of sucking the lower abs up towards the upper abs.)
    6) Lastly, but most important, take the exercises slow and controlled. Make the mind muscle connection like she said and remember to squeeze and breath!
    This is really an effective workout! Seriously, try it out!👍❤

    Ive started to notice my first 4 abs hard

    I’m gonna update daily! ( I’ve already been doing this for a week so far )
    Day 1✔️: Really difficult, couldn’t do some of the exercises and had to take breaks
    Day 2✔️: Really really sore but at least knew what I was getting into
    Day 3✔️: Took a break and just did crunches because I was SO sore
    Day 4✔️: Did the workout and I’m feeling refreshed and stronger after my short break
    Day 5✔️: Did almost all of the exercises to completion and I’m going to do some crunches as well!
    Day 6✔️: Today I was really really sore, I’m guessing from the fact that I pushed myself harder in the workouts yesterday. I only did 10 seconds of each workout today to recover.
    As far as results for the end of this week, I’ve noticed some very slight curvature on my sides and toning in my stomach. Keep in mind though I am already an athlete with a skinnier figure, I just have a very blocky torso and I need some definition.

      You probably have a gap between your back and your matt.
      Try putting your hands underneath your butt to stabilize your back, especially when you are working with your legs :)

      I realised I had severe back problems from working out when I couldn’t even bend over or stand for a long time and I’m only 17. I stopped working out and felt sm better and then got a thick workout mat - I was using a towel for a year ☠️- and it rlly helped!

      Your back might be compensating for your abs, check out some videos on how to properly engage your abs/how to tell if you’re engaging them, it’s hard to type out lol!

    Im moving to Japan in one month and i want to see how much i can change with this workout before leaving.
    Starting weight: 59,0 kg
    Waist measurment: 70 cm
    I have been trying so many workouts for the past year but nothing has worked out for me. Hopefully this works!!
    Day 1: Really got humbled. My abs and thighs were on fire ! ✅
    Day 2: Just as hard as yesterday. Decided to take a 5 sec breaks between every 2 exercise ✅
    Day 3: Went on a super long walk (like six hours...) so the workout was hell! ✅

    Day 1💕: ✅ I wasn’t able to do some of the moves since I’m not strong enough yet but that’s oki ❣️
    Day 2💕:❎ I took a rest day since I did legs yesterday too❣️
    Day 3💕: ✅ I had to take 2 breaks and I substitute the side ways plank for more crunches since I’m not strong enough to do them yet.
    Day 4💕: ❎ Took a rest day
    Day 5💕: ❎ Started my period and was very weak 😢
    Day 6💕 : ❎ but I did do legs today 😊

    This is one of the most intense ab workouts I’ve done and I’ve been doing chloe ting, Pamela Reif, Alexis ren and this was still harder then all of them 😭omg I’m gonna start doing this one as well so I can get better the movements are kind of hard especially the 1 legged bicycle lol

    I find it crazy how this seems like the only workout to tire me out and really get my abs burning rn. I’ve tried to do Caroline Girvan’s ab workouts, madfit’s, and Pamela Reif, but none of them burn as much as this one lol

    Doing this for 1 or 2 weeks to see if I get results!
    Starting messurements: 114.2lbs(in morning) waist in inches: 29in
    Goal: to have a defined waist and loose belly fat.
    Day 1: ✅ I did it and honestly it wasn’t that hard, I mean I struggled in some parts like the plank and leg movement but overall it’s wasn’t too hard and afterwords I was tired but my abs weren’t on fire or anything.
    Day 2:✅ I did it and it didn’t burn the much and I wasn’t that tired and it actually went by fairly fast. I don’t know but I feel like Im more defined today than yesterday.
    Day 3:✅ I did it, it was more difficult then yesterday I think because I hate a huge meal before this so it made it hard. Overall it felt pretty quick and I felt the ab burn so I’d say it was a success.
    Day 4: ✅I actually really saw results in the morning, my stomach was a lot flatter and I could see my abs poking through and I was happy with how it looked. I haven’t changed my diet at all and in fact I’ve been eating more food and it’s still seems to be working? But I know that if I actually want to lose weight I need to start making healthier choices. I just did the workout and today it was actually pretty difficult, I kinda just felt worn out because I’m tiered in general but it went very fast and the actual exercises weren’t too difficult!
    Day 5: ✅ I did it. I was out of breath during the workout but I pushed through and it went by very fast. My stomach has a lot more definition and looks toned. I ate lots of junk today tho and I ate an entire pizza by myself💀 so tmr imma try to eat a little healthier and see if it does anything because ik if I eat healthy for a while it will but I prolly won’t do that let’s be real🤷‍♀️.
    Day 6:✅ I did it!! It wasn’t that hard today and I felt like I could keep going but the workout felt really long. I ate so much food yesterday not even in like a healthy way, no I ate a whole 2 POUNDS of iecream😅 so I didn’t really have results but I’m eating healthy today so🤷‍♀️.

    Day 1: felt rlly good to use these muscles cause I dont do that much ab stuff !
    Day 2: felt nice!
    Day 3: I’m getting better at this :-)
    day 4: getting the hang of this
    Day 5: done !
    Day 6: so hard
    Day 7: I’m so hungover 🤮
    Day 8: so tired I couldn’t workout
    Day 9: this was good I felt much less stiff than before
    Day 10: yah this one was nicer
    Day 11: I’m already seeing sum results !

    I was totally skeptical about this workout because I’d tried so many others in the past, but let me tell you it’s been a week and a day and my whole family is shook. I combined this with one of her leg workouts and I can already see defined ab lines and I feel so much stronger and can actually do the exercises with proper form. Trust me, give it time and it will work for you. I also cleaned up my eating a bit, but was more selective instead of cutting the foods that I love.
