We are staying in Palmetto Dunes...Does the 11 mile lagoon have access directly into Broad Creek? If not how do we go from Lagoon into Broad Creek? Thanks

The lagoon system offers a unique, freshwater fishing experience within the resort, and is home to several species of fish, turtles, and birds. However, to access Broad Creek for saltwater fishing, you would need to travel a bit. Broad Creek is accessible by boat, and there are several marinas in the Hilton Head area, including Shelter Cove Marina and Palmetto Bay Marina, where you can launch or rent a boat.
