    Forgot to ask, what camera are you using?
    Don't fancy using my HV20 when spraying, unless I shroud it in cling film or such.

    • @TTOCS11
      @TTOCS11  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      It a super cheap copy of a go-pro from amazon came with all the water proof enclosure and brackets £20, in fact they refunded me because I ordered one with wifi, it came without. Works well enough for my shenangans LOL

      Review isn't great but works OK for me, it is a cheapy! + It does NOT have WIFI, there may be others that are similar on there that have better reviews?

    Where you on your way to Buckhouse for your Gong? Very snazzy I must say 👍
    Looking good you are to boot😘
    Spraying:
    Nice one.
    Do, however, start from the centre and work outwards, less chance of touching wet paint, especially top coat.
    What hose where you using?
    I ask, as the two rolls I have are boll@cks stiff so don't fancy trying to lug either one round when I do the Austin.
    I'm looking forward to using my HVLP gun, a first for me.
    How well did your extraction system work?
    Need to sort something out myself, but never having used HVLP before, have no idea what I'm up against, so anyone with advise please.
    Been using the Sandblasting cabinet all of today with good results, but really need to sort out getting the media to flow back to the pick-up pipe better than it is, so tomorrow will be experiment time.

      @TTOCS11  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Geoff, went to the palace once, 77 I think, face pressed up against the railings like all the other grockles ha, the hose is a soft rubber 3/8" off ebay, about £20, yep the extraction was working out great until I ballsed up and had it way too thin, the HVLP works great, only negative is the whole set up is quite tall compared to traditional, hose - regulator - gun - pot about 12-14" tall. The big sand hoppers at work have a vibro motor to keep the sand moving, maybe rig up a small version maybe? The blast cabinet sounds great though

      Scott Best
      Thanks Scotty.
      Do you per chance have an item number or dealer for the hose please, as there are so many.
      What size is the hose you use?
      If I knew what I now know, when I bought the bench sandblaster I would have gone for the floor standing one that had the deep sloping sides to direct the media down to the pick-up pipe.
      One huge improvement was when experimenting I used white card to make templates and wow what a difference it made to seeing what to do inside the cabinet.

      This is the one I have, but it is pretty long at 50 feet!

      Thanks Scott.
      Was looking at that one but not sure if it was the one you had.
      Easy to shorten if needed, but long enough to connect directly to compressor.

    I think i would sand down the saggy bits only, oow that sounds naughty :-D.
    Mary might... err no.... perhaps.... NO :)
    Nice bowler hat and jump suit :-D.
    I used to love the old redoxide, my mate coated his herald with that stuff, it stayed that way for quite a while lol :-D.
    I used it everytime i painted a motorbike, stuck like glue, handy for my crude painting.

    • @TTOCS11

      Hahaha too many saggy bits....?
