Scott, I have done the same thing....bought a bunch of stuff a couple of times. I need to take inventory as well to see where I am and where I am going.
Dang that's better than finding a 20 dollar bill you hid away. I say that cause I just found one that I stashed in a book. Nice find but yours was better.
Sounds like your getting to grips with the jibberly bits, that can take a long time to bring them up to spec too, cleaning and lubing + loads of swearing where that roll pin wont move but you cant smack it with a persuader because of the fragile nature of the casting its in. Fun fun fun :-D.
love the hat...lol im a retired gasket maker from one of the worlds largest companys in Houston. comes in handy....rubber is the worst now days....its all from china and the guilty is worthless. dries up
That's the biggest problem I'm finding, buying stuff because it is a bargain and end up having to do it again, buy the proper stuff like you used to produce - fit it & forget it, just how it should be, ah well that's progress!
You have a 'Goldmine' of parts! Woo Hoo! Playing with all the bits is more fun than the work it takes to install them.
Yep you are so right, i've done about 8 hrs playing and tinkering an hour of fixing haha
My friend to the east has almost as much stuff as my friend to the west.

Haha drives you nutty doesn't it, LOL I'm putting it down to a mix of old age and the resto taking too long, my memory can't retain it
Lots and lots of bits and pieces.
Certainly is Jerry, more than I thought there was LOL, cheers mate
A Vitesse treasure trove full to the rafters.
Oh yes, I'm finding lot's of stuff I'd forgotten about! LOL
You're right. It's a carpet keeper downer.
Haha thanks mate
that is the way to do it!
Thank you Sir
I expect you will find plenty more as you begin re-assembling your little car.
Ha yep I reckon you're right George, I'll have the car all done then I'll come across a box of stuff I'd forgotten LOL

Haha I could do with finding some books like that

Better to have a selection of parts than to have too few parts I recon.
Yep you're right there mate
You could use a small house with a big barn! Never have to sell a car part again. Take care, be safe!
Oh I wish J.E. that'd be my dream home LOL
