Will this help end the war?
Or will it just prolong the fighting and bloodshed?

To be fair this war has been a big strategic disaster for Russia both in the Black Sea as in the Baltic Sea. The blackmail of Europe with Russian gas also failed. I think it is reasonable to assume Russia will collapse in the near future. Just look at that Wagner mutany. A bit of land grab in de Donbass is not going to change that. It is the last thing Europe wants of course because that could even be worse than the Putin regime. That is why Ukraine is not really getting what it needs to defeat Russia while it would be easy to defeat russia at the moment.

Ukraine war was provoked by the US backed NATO which did a coup in ukraine in 2014, removed the president of ukraine and replaced him with zelensky. Putin wanted assurances that nato would not expand eastward and that did not happen, hence the war. Putin Himself suggested he was ready for peace talks but Boris Johnson talked the Ukrainians out of it. coming to palestine however, 450 Palestinian villages were cleared out by European settlers to create Israel, since then 33 massacres of Palestinians and a continued murder and land grab, in what universe is it fair then to support Israel who have now killed 15000 children in 6 months, by comparison the death of civilians in ukraine over 2 years is considerably low

Nobody on this panel asked what Europe’s goals are with Ukraine? Ukraine doesn’t want to become the 51st state; they want to join the EU. France has taken advantage of the disruption in Russia’s weapons sales. They are selling to many of Russia’s former customers who don’t want to deal with the US (India, Indonesia, Armenia, etc..). The EU has also started trading more with former Soviet states. The EU has also invested in decoupling former Soviet state and Eastern bloc infrastructure from Russia instead of buying weapons for Ukraine. Southern European states have eluded sanctions to send exports to nations trading with Russia and trade sanctioned Russian resources. Literally every European country not named Germany is profiting from this conflict.
