Thanks very much for making this video! Portugal is one of our favorite European destinations- we were in Lisboa and Coimbra (with a day trip to Porto) in the spring, and we loved it so much that we are planning a longer return trip. In general, we like smaller, less-visited towns since overtourisim is a real concern for us. ( and we don't want to drive because of carbon footprint. Renting a car is a very last resort, we'll probably take the bus) But at the same time, we want to go to places that have at least a couple of cafes and places to stay. Your video has been a big help in the research... thanks again!

According to our research, the best times to visit Marvão are during spring (April to June) and autumn (September to October) when the weather is pleasant, and the crowds are smaller. Summers can get quite hot, and winters can be pretty cold, so packing layers is always a good idea. Since you’ll be visiting in April, you’re likely to experience mild and lovely weather-perfect for exploring! We also recommend checking a reliable local weather forecast closer to your trip to be sure.
