Rear indicator panel handles is nice touch and rear seat grill, As modern retro autos go,the stylings good. Im not gonna slag it off as its not aimed at me. It looks good.
It’s crazy that Vespa with all its history are not cashing in on the retro market. RA & Scomadi (plus AJS and Lexmoto with their Milano/Modena, plus others) have been filling that gap for a while now. Their ET model shifted them into the modern market 23 years ago successfully, now its time to launch something properly retro and get back on top. With electric around the corner the time for a petrol powered retro Vespa is running out...

It’s the one thing that RA and the modern Lambrettas can’t capitalise on; because good as they are, they’re borrowing and copying from the past, whereas Piaggio have genuine pedigree. However the success of RA, Lambretta , Peugeot Django, and even the humble Modena, prove that the retro market is a strong one and Vespa could smash it with the right approach... I think a retro styled Rally as mentioned and maybe some modern 4t 125 and 250 primavera and /or SS90s would appeal even outside traditional scootering circles. 🙂

You are not British clearly so you may not know the back story to scomadi and RA and would not see it from a certain perspective. China is waging economic warfare on the west (and elsewhere) by wholesale stealing of intellectual property and producing clones of all kinds of products undercutting the originals on price. Saving all the R and D costs born by the originators. China to me is a toxic state whose interests are to diminish our industry by stealth.. Classic cold war practice. If Joe Public commuter buys an RA then they are ignorant of the back story and fair enough as they are innocent (still dumb though) but if a so called British "scooterist" buys a RA over a Scomadi and puts a Union Flag on it or worse still, pictures of Churchill (as I have seem on a RA!) then they are a dumb traitor and if I see them I will call them a Poundshop Patriot and put a Comedy Mod sticker on their machine and spit on it snd them. Great looking scooters!!! Glad they kept the classic look but able to keep to modern emission regulations, a 21st century series 2 lambretta. Don’t really know much about them? Could it potentially replace the GTS in the garage 🤔 maybe?
It doesnt matter what purists think of these royal alloys or if they ripped scomadi off blah blah...at the end of the day they all ripped lambretta off so its fair i suppose. Im a purist but these are establishing themselves in the mainstream and are here to stay. The tg 300 proves they are committed to the trad retro styling and its bound to sell. If i was into autos id like it.
@@adamo7835 lol... il stick to gears but i have to admit it looks nice. I had a scomadi a couple of years ago for a few months (plastic one) after having classics since the 80s but i just prefer oily hands ,gears and swearing in the rain in a layby.

Don't get me wrong the finish looks good and its probably a good scooter but my favourite Lambretta is the 3 series, I have had two. I really never liked the series two styling. What did I buy? Another Vespa GTS. I never thought I would like Vespa so much but I love everything about it except the foot pegs.

I think this looks much better than the Vespa GTS, I'm old skool & I love the TV 175 looks.
The series two lookalike is by far the best looking auto ever. I'm not a fan of autos but I like that!

Best looking retro auto scooter so far imo. Only ever ridden geared vespas and Lammys so would love to see how it handles, responds and sounds.

Is it air or liquid cooled? Looks like a radiator underneath. Clever if it is as it doesn't spoil the look.
