The Other Side: Hearing The Dead

People thought I was crazy, and then I caught this. Might be poor editing, but the response to my question is very clear. As well as I believe the same female that responds later on, says at the start, "Michael, don't go in my home". I'm a painter, and was working in a 100+ year old house. I sensed a female named Tracy had followed me home, or something...The question was about Tracy having lived there, and the response was "she lived there". Without additional edit I've had people say they hear a warning. I didn't spend much time on this, but the female response is clear. Forgive the back and forth, as I was replaying at different speeds, and had to make it fit 1 min for screen recording to post on instagram. Is there more? What do you think is being said, from the other side?
