    Ever wondered how chocolate is made? Join Peter Higgins, the Chocolate Scientist, to learn all about the process used to create one of the world's best-loved treats.
    Start right at the beginning with the growth of the cocoa tree, and follow the cocoa beans through drying, blending and shelling to release the cocoa nibs -- the raw ingredient for chocolate.
    Watch as the nibs are ground into liquid cocoa mass, blended with the necessary ingredients and rolled to the correct particle size. Learn the difference between milk, dark and white chocolate. Then observe the process of conching, the formation of solid chocolate, and tempering to create the perfect snap, texture and shine.
