Travelling northern areas like this place please avoid to travel on 70 cc bike. It's not the right choice for travelling. It can damage your back bone spinal cord injury. I also like to travel on motorbike I had a travel to shogran and naran on the 70cc bike in 2017 but later I felt that it was not a right choice.

We parked our bikes on a tuck shop at Tatoo village,
He charged per day charges for a bike,,
He charges 1500 from us for our 6 bike's,,
Biker was totally safe and sound when we reached back tattoo village,,
Even our fuel is same sa we leave
