Great video Abrar. My fav from your season 2 as I have a spot for Nanga Parbat in my heart. I went to fairy meadows back in 97/98 based totally on maps and description in ptdc brochures. I am also saddened to see the "development" near Fairy meadows. It used to be a magical place in my memories and lived up to its name. Now seeing all these hotels built without any proper planning for sanitation and waste disposal irks me. I saw the same thing in vlogs about Kalam. Hotels built on river banks blocking the view of the river totally. We are losing the natural raw beauty of these places. Somebody needs to layout the by laws here and plan it properly. Tourists themselves have a responsibility to take every bit of trash with them to keep these views for our next generation. People, have some dignity, please be responsible. There is no shame in picking your trash! Sorry about my rant but had to get it out of my system. Great video again. Best of luck in your future adventures. Great vlog as usual... although it is good to have some facilities but really sad to see the mushroom growth of ugly buildings that will destroy the nature so a balanced & sustainable approach is necessary. I visited this place with my father in childhood it was quite difficult to reach here but it had hotels ... the villagers hosted us though.
I went there during the lockdown in 2020. There were literally no people in fairy meadows (which made the experience worthwhile).
