    Rajiv, speaking to the pay them enough to keep them thinking about the work topic, what is your take on a pay for performance model in which the employees earn a percentage based pay for the services completed? Is this just too complicated to pull off or a bad idea altogether?

    Sir what can be the recognition for a 3 members team, only 1 member in each department. If we recognise a single person the other 2 may feel bad

      You should set up criteria to measure their performance and have a reward system for the best-performing employee based on that. You can check their progress based on the % of the goals they complete. The system needs to be fair.
