I am from near this Jericho, but was born up in the the western Cockpit Country near yet another Jericho. How about that? LOL. (And I believe there's one in St Ann too.) --Æ.
You missed the 4H Center and River Bend Garden plus the road you stated on the left that would take you to Retrieve is actually Morris.Retrieve is straight and no mention of the Retrieve New Testament church that you passed on your right
Another great video on the Jamaican 'Hill and Country Ride'. There are 2 routes that I know which will take you to Cascade: the route from Jericho is one; and the other begins nearer to MoBay, which is less scenic. I haven't seen Cascade in quite some years now.
I'm trying to find out the name of a hospital or mental health institution that existed in Jericho, Hanover back in the 1950s/60s. Any knowledge on where I could find that information?
I much appreciate this video; first one I'm seeing my area here (Jericho, etc.) But, my friend, at 16:36 you misnamed that place to the left; you said it's the "Retreat Community". Nah, its Morris District. I grew up there. Right as you go around the next corner is Pen Gate, and after that for the next 2 or 3 miles is Retrieve. I suspect that you got mixed up with that name. A love still, seen? Thanks a lot for the video. --Æ.
No problem @Ackee Eater .. I really appreciate the correction and I have made adjustments to the closed caption to reflect Morris District and Pen Gate. I didn't insert Retrieve as I didn't want to get it wrong so maybe you can give me a timeline where to add Retrieve

Want to see Claremont all my family and ancestors came from there and apparently still there. Before that they were on both point and Haughton court slave plantations
Hi there, my family is from Claremont too. I went there for the first time in January and met some relatives! I want to go back asap. What is your family name? How did you find out which plantations your ancestors were enslaved on? Thanks
