@Melody Maybe because the style of dress that she wants can be cheap? It all depends on the bride's choice of style. If she wants a ball gown with her expensive lace, bling, and lots of details, then it will cost more. But she wants simple fishtail with not a lot of bling. I truly feel that the consultants on this show are judged too harshly. They want to give the brides' what they want.

Right, the first bride looked beautiful in the first dress. Her sister should of stayed home or kept her mouth shut.
Well, I would say, it is rather the couple´s day, not just the bride´s. I really do not like people treating the bridegroom like some necessary nuisance, instead of one partner of the two.
But in the end they loved the dresses they chose and it is a process.

It’s nice that they don’t take advantage of the unlimited budget but I don’t see why they couldn’t show her a few more dresses, maybe in a range of prices…..I feel like they showed her the least amount of dresses possible.

I kind of agreed but would you offer an opinion on his tux, one time when I was with an ex we talked about if we got married what would we wear. He wanted to wear a toxic neon green colored tux, I wasn't on board with that idea and offered my thoughts.

Why didn't Becky have the dress discussion with her fiance before shopping? I.e., she needed to tell him that she definitely wanted a fishtail/mermaid silhouette and he needed to agree...although this takes away from the drama for the producers.

I don’t understand all the people mentioning the overskirt. She didn’t like the ball gown why are y’all people trying to say she could’ve just done that when she clearly stated she didn’t like the ball gown? All of a sudden y’all think the bride should compromise on HER wedding dress because that’s what her soon to be husband wants? Last time I checked the wedding dress is supposed to make the bride look and feel her best on her wedding day so it’s supposed to be what SHE wants. She didn’t like the ball gown look on herself so she said no and they didn’t show her more options and people are upset about it? Nobody else has a say on HER dress when she is the only one that's gonna be wearing it and if she didn't feel good in the ball gown look then she doesn't need to wear it period. If she had an overskirt, she would still he wearing the dress she loved, that made her feel good, but wouldn't be arriving in her grooms - in her words, worst nightmare - for the ceremony. That's what's called compromise - she still wears her dress she picked that makes her feel the best, for the entire wedding day and he got the look he loved for a portion of that time. Everyone's happy, she wears the dress she loves, job done. Married life is about compromise, after all. It's not like she would be giving it up, is it?

My fiance saw every dress I tried on of all styles and said I looked gorgeous in all of them he doesn't know which on I picked but he would never tell me I look horrible 🤧

The first bride needs new friends, some respectful ones. A new fiancé, one who can respect her tastes too. I know, this show is beyond the drama sometimes but it was disgusting to watch. The second bride was lovely in the other hand and her second dress was gorgeous, the back was so beautiful! But she was genuinely surprised by princess gowns and she tried on in a really cute one at the end. Her face says it all.

make sure that if your budget is 1.5-3 k and you walk into this shop, you say you have an unlimited budget, and the first gown they'll put u in will be under 1k. Say you have a budget of 2k, and they'll be pulling off your dream dress for 4k off the rack and leave you between a rock and a hard place.

in these shows there are so many brides who come in with "well i like this but my fiancé like this" at no point during my dress deciding did i ever ask my husband what kind of dress he would like, he's not the one wearing it!!
