The book Maranatha the Lord is Coming page 270 , September 19 reading, “ There seemed to be a great confusion and conflict of armies. I am confused on this message. So, if an unbeliever, new to the faith, ask, how should I keep the Sabbath? The answer is based on the dictate of your conscious? Are there no scriptures on this? Yes, there is. We don't tell people not to sin. We share the gospel of Jesus Christ, which teaches that through the Holy Spirit we can live a sinless life.
There are the scriptures as a guide and we need to follow them as to the dictates of our own consciences. The context here is for the areas, like swimming, that people have made up rules for. Maybe we should cover this in a more complete discussion.

I know this isn't the Bible but, I found it in the Great Controversy, it's chapter 39 The time of trouble page 615 in the hardback copy. When I find it in the Bible I will be sure to let you know.
Then it also says it in the Great Controversy in the final warning page 608 in the hardback copy. But as the restraining Spirit of God shall be withdrawn from men.

The Sabbath was meant to be a delight, and we have polluted it so badly that we honestly don't really know what it is any more.
