May I suggest that you take part in your healing journey by stop owning it? Stop saying “my anxiety” stop partnering with panic by stating “my panic disorder”
Praying for you! I used to suffer from extreme anxiety and panic as well however, earlier this year after baptism, I was completely healed, after I repented, and gave it all to God. I stopped partnering with it, I stopped saying that I had anxiety etc and I stepped into the life that God wants me to live that is one without fear and anxiety. If it can happen to me, it could happen to you, I’m praying for you lots!

Please pray for me I got diagnosed with a 10 cm ovarian cyst and they’re wanting to do surgery that I will be laid up in bed 4 to 6 weeks. So crazy enough! I also was diagnosed back in September a cyst, it’s 5.3 centimeters on my right ovary and I have to get a laparoscopic right ovarian cystectomy in april/may. Yes it’s super scary to think abt surgery but I think with God me and you will be okay!! Your strong and he’ll be with you! 💕

I don't want to virtue signal because I usually pray in private. I have been battling depression and anxiety to the point that I have been sleeping for days straight. I don't want to die, but I don't want to feel this way anymore. My beautiful husband has been so kind and caring. I was diagnosed with Graves disease and got Covid. I am so weak that getting up and out of bed is a serious struggle. If you feel inclined, could you pray for my husband to be blessed for being such an amazing support during this really rough time. He is such a good dad and is doing all he can to help me. Please pray for my sweet children to be strong while their mom is struggling. If you think of fearful, shameful, hard, scary, thoughts you're just making your life worse. So crazy enough! I also was diagnosed back in September a cyst, it’s 5.3 centimeters on my right ovary and I have to get a laparoscopic right ovarian cystectomy in april/may. Yes it’s super scary to think abt surgery but I think with God me and you will be okay!! Your strong and he’ll be with you! 💕

I don't want to virtue signal because I usually pray in private. I have been battling depression and anxiety to the point that I have been sleeping for days straight. I don't want to die, but I don't want to feel this way anymore. My beautiful husband has been so kind and caring. I was diagnosed with Graves disease and got Covid. I am so weak that getting up and out of bed is a serious struggle.
If you feel inclined, could you pray for my husband to be blessed for being such an amazing support during this really rough time. He is such a good dad and is doing all he can to help me. Just remember, literally each thought, idea, fear, etc, you focus on, over and over, just becomes bigger and bigger in your mind! If you think of fearful, shameful, hard, scary, thoughts you're just making your life worse. Pray for help to God and think on good things, get books on answered prayers, God's promises and all good things that make you happy 😊!
