Rim height is around 9'9-9'10, haven't got a chance to measure it! And the other side from the beginning of the video is around 10 feet

Edit: he's so smooth and his technique is so crazy on his dunks
you need the ball in your left hand to christ air of the left leg
and to do the "WIN" you have to finish it with the right hand
I don't think they can be combined
When Chris staples does the christ air he jumps from the left side of the hoop off a right left plant and finishes with his right. A jumper who jumps with only his left leg approaching from the left would definitely finish the dunk with his right hand.
Idk if he could get full extension for the christ air tho maby a win into a 180 would be something he could actually land idk
@@Eric-qs8sk jumping clockwise is much harder off the left leg because you can't tuck your knee into the spin
Technically speaking it would work but no one has anywhere near the hops for it. If you used you left hand to finish off your left leg I don't think that would be a christ air dunk because you are rotating opposite to a rl two foot christ air (although I do get what you are saying about outward rotation being harder). Guess we'll have to disagree on that. However I do think that a win into a counterclockwise spin would be interesting to see Jordan attempt

Hey isiah I was wondering about length of workouts, is there a certain time your workouts should take? My workouts take about 2 hours but I always feel fine and my exercises are starting to feel easier/ getting better with certain movements. Is there something I should consider, are supersets effective?
