Could you do a video on apartment rentals and house rentals on the Oregon coast
We moved to Coos Bay, in 1980, but we didn't live there very long, due to my husband's job change. We used to love going to the shore, and watch the waves crash over the rocks.

675,000 people in Garabaldi!? That, by anyone’s standards and count is a very large city. I think you may want to correct that number…🤔
It's more work for me to remove the video, edit, and reupload than it is for people to understand that I misspoke 😆- just pretend I didn't say "thousand" at the end of that number. The number is actually closer to 800 now. Hope that helps.

Reedsport is my favorite cheap town. I love the Umpqua River. It isn't very good, but you are centrally located.

In 2005 I almost bought a remodeled hotel condo in Cannon Beach for $62,500; I was worried that I wouldn't be able to make the HOA payments if they went up precipitously. I've kept track of it (a short walk from Haystack Rock) and last time it sold, all of 300 SF of it, the sale price was HALF A MILLION DOLLARS. WHAAAAAA!
Yikes - increased by 8 times. I am in shock over HOA fees that add $500. to $1000. per month permanently! On the other hand, a real estate salesman gets the same percentage for the same work but on $500K, not 62K. Must be nice to be in RE sales.

11:17....it's not over stated, this place is a shit hole. DONT MOVE TO CB/NB. Too much crime, drugs are everywhere, just BAD!! This guy is a salesman, never trust a salesman...EVER!! I live here and wish I could leave...money is the issue.
I agree Coos Bay is a shithole, any other Oregon coastal town is better. But its also probably the cheapest place on the coast to live and has the most shopping, restaurants etc. So, it depends what you're looking for. I'm looking to move towards the coast within the next couple yrs myself. Cheers!
