- In this video, Fender instructor Ozzy Carmona introduces you to some of the electric guitars and basses in the Squier Mini series, which also features a left-hand guitar version of the classic Squier stratocaster. These instruments are smaller in scale compared to their full-size Squier counterparts and are ideal for new players or even young children with smaller hands who have just begun to learn. They have many of the same features as larger scale Squiers, made with the same master craftsmanship and attention to detail as other Fender guitars. While smaller in size, you’ll still get a big sound. In this video, you’ll get a closer look at the versatile Squier Mini Stratocaster and the Squier Mini Precision Bass, You’ll get to hear the sound and tone of each, as well as gain an overview of many of the cool features on these smaller scale guitars and bass guitars, including pickups and tone controls.

Great to see that the strat bridge is fixed. Cheap guitars never seem to have a good tremolo and jsut make it go out of tune. Nice one
I have a mini strat it's awesome👌 Great for bringing with me and using with the Fender Mustang Micro and practicing in my car
I have the SQUIRE BULLET Mustang electric guitar and I wish they made a Tele and the Strat BULLET HT HSS. I do like the SQUIRE humbucker because you don't have to upgrade unless you choose to. I had the first generation BULLET STRAT HSS HT and the humbucker was horrible and I played Sees the most because I love the sound. Now I have the new version and the HB is AWESOME. I wish it had a Rosewood fretboard. Mine in the SS modes has a better sound than the Indian Laurel fretboard.
I got lots of epiphones but I got the mini strat for a travel guitar and it awesome
I throw my Spark GO in my mini bag and use some of the more high gain settings and it shreds. Also did some fret filing and threw some higher gauge strings on and it plays like a dream.
I'm disabled with arthritis and find standard guitars too heavy. I've got two jackson minions which are fantastic and the strat looks great so that'll probably be my next one

I've seen plenty of negative reviews about these mini fender guitars. The most common is they go out of tune a lot. Fender should simply make these mini guitars to a much high standard. Double the price to around 250-300. Fender have never truly commited to making a really good mini electric guitar. They've all been pretty average at best.
2 months later. The missus bought me a Squire mini strat bless her. It arrived damaged. We sent it back. She got her money back. Be careful buying guitars online. Good luck, guys.

Cheap... So you either have to get a great set up or change tuners. Also... Good strings that aren't too light...
Does this mini guitar have full sized fretboard or is it smaller also?
They made the Junior Collection, Japan exclusive, pretty pricey, but as good as a regular sized Tele or Strat
I'm actually enjoying my Mini bass. It manages to stay in tune with the strings for a long time. Maybe I was lucky?

My Mini Stratocaster needed a lot of setup. $80.00
The only problem is the tiny speaker. Plug a 12inch Jensen on the same amp and guitar and it's going to sound just right.

The standard description of tone control being "Brighter or Warmer" has never worked for me. I prefer " Crispy or Dull".
I have a mini Strat and its Strat sound exceeded my expectations! The guitar out of the box did need some nut work. But no regrets on this purchase.
