Totally awesome, I think living in a tiny would be way more cooler and cozy than a huge house. I lived in my trailer for a year and a half and I loved it.
What a beautiful, creative home! I did spend much of the video curious how Ivan pulled off the specific planning regulation logistics of this build. He alluded at the end of the video to the challenges of building a tiny home, and with this in mind, I would love to know how he was able to build! Where I live, tiny homes are forbidden on individual plots of land, except as accessory dwelling units whereby a full size dwelling g already exists and is permitted. It's so frustrating. I'm so curious how Ivan managed to pull his awesome build off!!
Ya I don't know it sounded like a lot of red tape when I chatted with him. He asked me not to include those particulars so I respected his wishes. He's on social though you could reach out to him and try to find out!
