Nothing more to say, nothing more to add to your comments - just awsome. You're right. Opera singers of this caliber have the ability to take you anywhere just using their God-given instrument. Well said, the whole song was so colorful and he switched languages so easily. It is said that when you lose one sense, the other senses make up for it. Maybe in his case he developed this ability to convay even more the songs with his colorful voice. Great empathic reaction HAP🥰🙋🏻♀️
💥💥Goosebumps!! Amazing rection Hap. You so got the essence and beauty of the piece.💐. Andrea co-wrote this with David Foster (pianist) and Carole Bayer-Sager for the 2006 Winter Olympics. The lyrics and music are magical. It suits Andrea's voice perfectly. 🎶 Even though he is an operatic tenor, his voice is also well suited for lighter, less operatic aria fare. I do love to hear him with Sarah Brightman singing "Con te parties (Time To Say Goodbye).💖 The sing beautifully together. This was a treat. Thanks Hap. Peace J ✌ ☮💕

He does a beautiful duet with Celine Dion of his "The Prayer" I highly recommend. People focus on his operatic style but he is a fantastic contemporary music singer-songwriter. Opera trained singers are great at conveying emotion as part of their job. Probably why I like Avi Kaplan so much as well. Avi's off into folk rock coming out of quarantine. I wonder what Bocelli has done?
Compelling is right. He has a duet with Sarah Brightman of his song. Amazing. The song Caruso is also fab.
