    Great stuff man, Oly lifters are absolutely phenomenal to see, as a more bodybuilding-oriented weightlifter, I get mad impressed when I see the great form on squats, your upright posture means your heavily activating the quads, and you keep your spine stacked like Roman bricks.
    10/10, very impressive.

      @@ploongevery good form and strength. Just one thing; do you have a stretching regime? If not I highly suggest, it prevents injury and aids with strength.

A coupe of your lifters like this guy came into the gym and they were still in high school. Just like Platz they trained for strength and they blew away everyone in the gym away for strength,

    STOP THIS POWERLIFTING BS, STICK TO BODYBUILDING

    • @Tikus_90
      @Tikus_90 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Squatting is a foundational part of lower body building, wth?? I do agree with those Olympic style clean and jerks, just do a deadlift or ohp on seperate days for higher reps, that small amount of volume only makes you a heavy lifter, but builds very little. This guy looks average for the amount of weight he lifts, and I think its due to his lifting selections.
