Have your lifts always had that "elevator moving up and down", "1 trillion percent quads," look to them? Or is it intentional
@@radMisc I briefly had a coach who favored a quad dominant pull and it stuck
@@ploongeshit looks like Akbar
the self slaps were unexpected but understandable😂
Your contact is like a paintbrush grazing a leaf. Dayumn.
what do you think about clarence kennedy
I think that he trained himself to hit big lifts (not easy) and had little to do with mainstream weightlifting culture (based). That’s pretty cool
@@ploonge do you think he's on roids
@@ploonge also do you do normal ohp or bench press?
@@zekicaneksi ??? He has confirmed this
@@ploongedoes he know?

You’re welcome
Made You Look in gym. wow 👍
why aren't you listening to anything when lifting?
sometimes you need to lift with your thoughts only
Your clean is… art. Gad daym
bro listen gymnopedie
BEAST!! Keep these videos comin man, inspired to train harder!
Incredible
I don't know how you can lift while wearing a watch. That would bug me so much even if it didn't get in the way. Good lifting
never bothered me
love your videos! thanks for posting
Can you recommend a good program to increase power clean max?
free online programs? There’s nothing I’d recommend as far as I know. Basically just get a weightlifting coach and get the fundamentals down
Only spreadsheet has 40 billion programs
Solid 👍
Lets Go! He’s back with another solid video 🔥

most heterosexual bar path since Akbar Djuraev
Jack in general: 😐 Jack in catch position: 😡
👍
im having trouble connecting my arms / shoulders to the bar, so getting under the bar is slow as shit for me, do you think this workout would help? seems like it would.
@@weavingthevaluess the arms and shoulder connect to the bar with the hands 💯

Nice!
Very nice homie 😎💪🏾
Awesome, dude🤘
Oh shit, i thought you were gonna squat it Sick
Fucking a man 🎉
👍
fffFFFFFFUCK clean deads
conventional deadlifts will always be my favorite lift, but I rarely train them due to the fact that they are very physically taxing and that people don't really need to train them all that often to maintain deadlifting strength. personally, I was doing other hinging movements and pulled a 10kg conventional deadlift PR even after not training them for months
Should've turned it into a clean pull to make it objectively good for WL
Shiet i havnt done a single pull in over a month
@@carpetgymolylifting I think I’ve done <30 reps of deadlifts in the last 3 years…. Pulls are a different story.
Many such cases
training outside like this on a sunny day seems like the best
:(
nice grip
Damn
always like to see how your works looks like, shot out from poland
Legit and motivating!
Like your videos!
Jack u are awesome
After I discovered clarenceO channel, this truly is best lifting channel for me
What's your story? You aren't insanely huge, yet you lift insane weight easily. How do you do it? Any sports you are involved with? Or tips you can share for us to do what you do?
