Tuning a Bowfishing Bow with a AMS Bottle

This is how I go about tuning a bowfishing bow with a AMS bottle. most don't realize the difference that the direction of line drag has from a bottle vs. a spinner. even though the amount of drag from each in minimal it does have an effect on arrow flight. hope this helps you in your pursuit to shoot more fish!

Thanks a ton man! Been lookin for tips on tuning a bowfishing bow for nearly a year and this is the most simplified yet detailed explanation I've been able to find! My cousin got me into bowfishing and he's never had to tune any of his AMS bows and while using his I was an awesome shot, but when I got my new AMS Juice in March, I've been missing wayyyyy more than hitting fish. My arrow nick kicks up and to the right and splashes like crazy. Now after watching this I can get out and fix it. And also gonna get some of those tips and a few extra arrows for easy dry land practice! You the man!

Are you using a special tip on your arrow when shooting it into the target? Because I just received the pse tidal wave with the AMS retriever and only have the arrows that came with it with the barbed points

+steven weeks I was using the innerloc practice points for the heavy grapple points. I also recommend using the innerloc pro points, they are the only point on the market that the barbs can be fully removed without damaging the point and the tips and barbs are replaceable so they will last a long time.
