Citrus and seafood are commonly paired together, so the salad from the Arendale banquet sounds nice to me. Overall, the meal looks pretty hearty for the price! 😊

The reason why it's difficult to book the Fantasy Springs hotel: OLC accumulates cancellations and releases all of them at once every day randomly in between 11am and 5pm Tokyo time. You have about a 10-20 minute window when it's possible to find something if your dates are flexible. Outside of this window there's zero availability.
Otherwise good luck to book normally at 11am 4 months in advance 😀
