The only wounds can be only because of that broken glass aka caramel, but they are actors and pretty sure they are not doing this kind of stunts for the first time. It's safer than it looks.

The glass isnt real glass so the shards are not sharp or harmful. The actors however felt real fear. Anyone who has been on a Climbing Wall will understand. You have a safety harness same as the actors who fall have them. You dont think its gonna save your fall so its terrifying. Production and CGI in K Dramas is literally next level.
