Seeing you living your life in Japan in honestly so inspiring and puts my heart at ease! I'm moving to Japan in August for school so I can finish my bachelelor's degree and I have been kinda freaking out haha. I'll be in tokyo too so it's fun to see it from your perspective. ♥
Gosh I'm so happy to hear that!! Honestly I feel like I've been living a very laid-back comfortable live since moving here, it's very peaceful in my suburb, but Tokyo is such a busy city!! I hope you find your own little corner of it to feel at home in!!

I was NOT about the natto it tastes like something scraped off the bottom of a nurse log ; funky, bitter, earthy, a kind of fungal pungency. I've struggled with 🌠adult acne🌠 a lot and the best I've found is keeping it very simple and focusing on skin barrier care. Cerave moisturizer and azaleic acid at night (hydrocolloid bandages are awesome for broken zits, and glycolic acid is okay once in while), no fragrances or oils (especially no coconut oil!!!). For makeup cleansing, micellar water and very gentle wash or wipe after. For food, I noticed milk (not cheeses or yogurt though) and apples (along with some other fruits) really spark the 🌌acne🌌. White rice converts to sugar so maybe more barley or brown rice? I noticed shokupan (or japanese white bread) breaks me out BAD even though it's so tasty! Good luck, skin stuff is awful!!
