OnTheRun horsepower has nothing to do with exhaust shooting flames... if the engine is running rich asf the unburnt fuel can ignite in the exhaust making flames.

I think this might the the fastest car in the game, it handles like crazyy tho, to fix the problem i put drag tires on and put the downforce all the way down. 0-60 is like 1.55 seconds lol
