Thank you so much for sharing this information, as I have never seen this tool before. It will make cleaning up the lawn so much easier.. Do you have any videos about what to do with all of those leaves and clippings
There is some brief B roll film of me dumping it behind my storage shed. It gets dumped with grass clippings, etc. When it decomposes I use it in my flower beds.
Good video Plant Doctor, I have a similar 50” that I just got a few weeks ago. I also think that it does a good job. I struggle with it not picking up pine cones and needles as well as I would like but most sweepers would probably be the same. Question.. the model I have has the a bar that prevents the rear collection basket from collapsing like yours which is a really nice feature I’d say. Did you remove it from your setup?
No mine came that way. Also, I can't speak to pine needles/cones because I don't have any pine trees. Thanks for watching and leaving a valuable comment.
We have lots of trees in our yard but we have found that the fallen leaves can be taken care of by simply mowing the lawn. DON'T PICK UP THE CLIPPINGS! They just disappear into the grass.
If you have mulch blades this 100% definitely works. I used to do that on this zoysia but started having some fungus issues so I try to remove decomposing material.

Some leaves are acidic and kill grass.
