How, in Florida, can it be legal to catch and release great hammerheads when they're critically endangered but it's illegal to even touch a gopher tortoise bc they're threatened (which is not as serious as critically endangered)? Ugh and now hearing that it's illegal to capture manta rays which are only threatened, but again great hammerheads. I do know the answer. It's cuz mantas and tortoises are "cute" and sharks are "scary". Smh
