finallyyyyy! I been waiting! This is my HG eco i have two tubs of the 32oz jars of this castor oil one! I legit abandoned argan and krystal eco! LOL and those are my two favorites, so that says a lot! For some reason cantu coconut curling cream or curl activator works well in my hair with eco !

The leave ins ive only found to pair well w/ this gel is the shea moisture detangler, and the spray mielle leave in.. but i loved my results and my hair felt moisturized so i didnt even need a cream...

You mean the Cantu leave-in, because that pairs wonderfully for me with gel, any gel. I got cheaper gel at our local Aldi (curly girl approved) and it paired just fine with it.

Jen Broccoli! Me too! I'm referring to the Coconut Curling Cream not the Cantu Leave-in. I just did a wash-n-go using the CCC and the Olive Oil EcoStyler and my wash-n-go was amazing and lasted 5+ days, no flakes or other craziness. Will try the the CCC with the JBCO/Flaxseed Oil EcoStyler next week.

Yasss I just purchased this gel Thursday and used it Friday morning! Love love love it. The smell is amazing as well. I would also agree that the coconut oil one isn't that good either it's just not the same. But overall I think this black castor oil and flaxseed is a new staple 😊👍🏽

Hi Nia I have watched your video several times and I finally did my hair. My back coiled up real good but my front didn't do so well. I guess it's from me wearing my hair in a updo for a while and I lost my curl pattern. Any suggestions on how to get my curl pattern back. Thanks for the tip on what to pair the Eco styling gel with I didn't know that now I do. I was wondering why my hair would flake up with that white stuff. Again thanks enjoyed your video.

U have too have good hair all ready for any of those gels too work, I tried it ,did all the right things, hair was damp & it dried my hair out, moisturised it with olive oil eco didn't leave my hair curly,
I like the argan oil and olive. I don't like the coconut or castor.

Naomi Omoruyi lots and lots of moisture, LOC method is your best friend. TH-cam is your best friend! Do not over-worry about hair type. All hair is beautiful. Not all products work on all hair ❤️ love your hair!
Naomi Omoruyi Girl when I tell you deep condition weekly, I mean it sis. It's your best best best friend. Also use a satin pillow case because some nights your going to get lazy and not want to use a bonnet or maybe your not going to be able to find it.

I really want to like this gel but it just doesn't like me. I love the scent, the texture of it and the definition it gives my curls but it Flakes EVERYWHERE. I have tried so many different ways to apply it, I even applied it by itself, but yet I still get the same flaky results. Why?!😖
what cream are you using it with? add a tiny bit of oil to get rid of the flaking
Ummmm when I do wash and go's or whatever style I do the LCO method which includes the cantu coconut curling cream and they mix verrrrrry well for me. For my "L" I use the shea moisture gel soufflé. So I'd use those two and eco styler to finish and my hair never has flakes in it and my hair will even feel moisturized and soft even tho there's gel in it. My ig shows it all: artof_hair

Jumana Elbakri lol it's fine don't worry. "L" stands for "liquid" or "leave in". The liquid could be water or a leave in conditioner of your choice . The "C" Stands for cream. Lastly, The "O" stands for oil.
