What I think is stupid is that Gaijin is adding a tank that hasn't even been constructed yet and everything we've seen from the Challenger 3 in real life is just the L/55 A1 on a Challenger 2. It just seems like Gaijin doesn't really care about the Challenger 3 or 2 like the other MBTs but that might just be my British bias.

I think as we all know the uk keeps the armor specifications on the Challenger secret. And the main problem with that is gijin is not able to Make the challenger accurately modeled in terms of armor and speed (not sure why it isnt as fast as it should be in irl). This is why the challys get such a bad rep as for not having speed there SUPPOSED to make up for in armor and the armor isnt even effective as it should be.
the issue with the chally 3 TD is that they picked, well, the technology demonstrator. that is to say, the challenger 2 but with the german gun but nothing else, whereas the challenger 3 thats gonna be going into service at some point has an insane amount of new stuff to it
It shouldn't as CR2 130mm TD was a full Rhinematel concept tank The one in the game is accurate to a picture of the CR3 TD, and first reveal, it's not the final product bare that in mind
The TD (Teddy) is pretty much a CR2 with the L/55 A1 and improved electronics, the prototype(s) are having new turret citadels produced so we don’t know what they’ll look like, how the ammo will be set out, etc. They’ll also be using new Farnham/Epsom armour and we don’t know what that’s going to look like either. Teddy doesn’t use the improved composite armour either, which is why it has a weight of 62.5t instead of the 66t quoted for CR3 (66t being the combat weight, with CR2 having a combat weight of 64t before add-on). The engine hp might be nerfed, it’s 1500hp currently but the demonstrator was used for LEP, the same project Black Night was developed for, while the engine upgrade was part of HAAIP and if there was an increase in HP the official top speed would likely have increased as well, as was the case with CR2E. It’s also unclear if the HAAIP will include the upgrade to 1500hp at all, so CR3 may be sticking with 1200hp (which is depressing)
"The TD (Teddy) is pretty much a CR2 with the L/55 A1" the regular CR2s also have L55 guns ... L55 , L44 or whathever L(number) means lenght of the barrel compared to the gun caliber, so saying L55 literally means nothing because it can mean multiple guns, so saying the TD is a CR2 with L55 is a wrong statement because the CR2s already have the L55
This latest update has severely impacted my willingness to continue playing the game. While also failing to protect against tandem charges which is the primary point of the TUSK 2 package layering ARAT 2 on top of ARAT 1. The junk on top of the tank has added three separate HE traps that will one tap the tank if hit by HE shells. The Abrams is one of the very few MBTs to not get a spall liner in the latest wave of top tier MBTs getting them. This despite the fact every US MBT since the M60 has had spall liners IRL. The M1A2 SEPV2 also never used M829A1 or M829A2. It entered service with M829A3. Which it obviously has not received. Yeah, yeah I know there are other tanks that have it worse but that doesn't excuse how majorly the SEPV2's been shafted. I ignored the incorrect hull armor when they introduced the M1A1 HC, I ignored it with the AIM, I ignored it with the M1A2, I ignored it with the base SEP...but now we're well into the 2000s tech-wise *with an armor package from 1979* For those curious: M1A1 HC, M1A1 AIM, and M1A2 are missing an estimated 150mm of KE hull protection. The M1A2 SEP is missing 200-250mm KE protection in the lower glacis. The M1A2 SEPV2, as I said before, is missing 300mm of KE in the lower hull among other issues.

What angle was the shot taken, did it have ERA, when did this happen, where did this happen, was this an abandoned tank, was it the drivers port, was it the main plate, LFP, or UFP. Did it go clean through, or did it dig into what’s called Ceramic plates which have several layers. The reason I ask those questions is bc ppl let their personal politics, and bias dictate their thoughts on the hobby which is tanking enthusiasm. Which really annoys me, and throws massive wrenches into things for folks who genuinely want to know things. During all the conflicts going on right now, there is massive propaganda campaigns on each side, and we have to deal with the fog of war as it’s still on going. Nothing is for certain yet. So I’d refrain from making declarative statements that we aren’t sure for. Either way, morally I hope Ukraine wins, but overall I want ppl to stop letting their politics dictate entire facts, and outcomes in their minds. It rots the space of tank enthusiasm, gaming, etc and makes it a toxic cesspit of delusion, disinformation, and all kinds of malarkey. Back in the day we used to reject that stuff, nowadays it’s more common place, and accepted as a “valid personality trait”.
L27 on Chally 2 OES is great round. Not best, but far from mid. By the way, could you try to bring FV4005 to top tier? Chally3TD = less armour, slower or as slow, longer reload for shells that have more pen but fired at the *exact same weakspots* so you dont need more pen
Wait until you touch the mk4 merkavas. A 11.7 tank that can be penned from the front by dm33 almost every where except the thickest part of the turret.
When I chceked armor protection on some of newer MBTs, it didnt care about spall liners. T90M was penetrable even from 2 km away from front too. Only issue on it was hull, that was im-penetrable
I love how you go into psychology, it's one of my second interests!
Its not the final product and yes CR3 is going in to service in the next few years
I have a question... When you were a tank commander, what did you and your crew call your tank (idk if tankers still do it but its just a question)
It was just over 10 years ago now. And we didn't really name the tanks just because we swapped around a lot for training.
Hey man how are you? what do you think about South African tanks
This baby is now in production
Yeah somthing tells me that the real challenge has alot more armour on the gun mantlet than it dose in war thunder
are the devs ever going to make aussie severs
Still has more armor than the ariete with comparable mobility and a better gun, so no it’s not the worst top tier mbt
I can't get the rangefinder to work when using this in a game; in fact, I can't get any RF to work with Challengers...
C3 is slow, 40MPH is the slowest, I am thankful for the DM53, but the long-distance targeting is a mess.
Chally3TD = less armour, slower or as slow, longer reload for shells that have more pen but fired at the *exact same weakspots* so you dont need more pen
worst? nothing will ever beat the ariete AMV.
heyyy panzerpaw, i jus wanna ask if you could do a snowman opening video 🙏🙏🙏
Hi can you try one of the hungarian tanks? Love your videos!
Russian bias is very real in War Thunder. 😂
i just started WT today and i wonder what tech tree should i grind (i play F2P because i hate P2W)
Can you make a vídeo of the leopard 2a7v vs the strv 122 ?
Bro this whole video is just a bunch of yappin ☠️
can you make a vid about how to play the T-34 series?
i’ve just started playing…. 7 million GE…..
This guy never touched the m1a2 sepv2, when he does hes about to suffer
Wait until you touch the mk4 merkavas. A 11.7 tank that can be penned from the front by dm33 almost every where except the thickest part of the turret. A tank that can penned from front to back by dm23. A tank with a slower reload than the Abraham. Also slower than the Abraham's. And also bigger than the Abraham making it hard to hide.
I am only a war thunder britain tank players so i know alot irl of these tanks
how do you have 7 mil ge?
Apparently the Challenger 3 will keep a rifled gun.
Last post I saw about confirmed the L55 so it's going smoothbore unless they changed their mind
The test area is the same . I seen this since before the update
The leo 2a7v In dev server is the Smurf cat of tanks 😂😂😂😂😂😂
They should add at-mines.❤
In this channel we love the Leopard

KNOWING GAYJIN YES IT WILL BE WORST MBT IN THE GAME PROBABLY WEAKER THAN CROMWELL AND NEEDS PREDETERMINED TRAIN TRACK JUST TO TURN
🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
Can you play vtol vr?
U noodle xD
Its a game, made by Russians. Has no bearing on the real thing. Having not played for a few years im betting all T series tanks perform better than they have in real life 😂
Hello
Truth is russian don't want to admit challythree in the combat situation is miles Infront of anything today.
And I'm talking the real world not a stupid russian run game 👍
