    Mam, my 1st year exam is too near and nowadays whatever I read & remember going to mix up; After that I can't recall those things which I have remembered before 2 to 3 hrs.....I try to write all those things whatever I have remembered then at that time I easily write but after 2 to 3 hrs I became confused and can't recall....Mam, please give some tips for this.....one thing more is that in my mind some things & some matters are going continuously, never stop for a second.....As I am patient of migraine, I used to do meditation every morning & evening...but nowadays, My headache increased too much....please give a solution...
