The back seats shown in the video are different than mine. Where the black plastic things go on to push through the seem is the buckle part... idk how to install them that way no way to hold them flush now...
I’m trying to install the front passenger seat for the past hour. I got the back part of the seat on ok and the headrest but according to the video I have to stretch the elastic through the seat seam and through the back but I can’t because there’s no opening to do that. I have a 2019 Honda crv lx. The seat part does not seem to cuddle in the seat very well

Having difficulty installing in a c300
On the Lexus RX350 there seems to be no pass through on the bottom between the seat and the seat back, my hand just hits a hard piece of plastic, a cover of some sort I guess. Can't figure out how to push those black plastic pieces through...Any advice helps, thanks. @coverado
Dear customer. The baffle is hung from the bottom of the seat with elastic straps. You can reach under the seat to see if you can touch the elastic straps. If you still cannot find them, please send us an Instagram message or email. We will send you a reference video from others!

2020 Ford Fusion SE, same issue as there appears to be no pass through (front seats)on the bottom between the seat and the seat back, my hand just hits a hard piece of plastic, no way to get the clips through ?
Hello. The piece of plastic on the seat back may be able to be released from the seat bottom. Some customers have also encountered the same problem and they found the place to release the plastic piece and then get the clips through. Please check the bottom of your seat to see if there is a place to unclip the plastic baffle.

I concur. The on-screen instructions were not written by an English speaker. Frankly, the use of the wrong words to describe the process is not only misleading, but just plain laughable, ignorant, and embarrassing. There is no zipper in this video, these are snaps. There is no button per se, but rather fasteners. Please have an English speaker look these over before posting. And slow down the video. It zips by waaaaay too fast!!
