To be successful in our Delivery Manager / Lead Role, as per my experience one should have Pro-active planning with better understanding of scope of project work and up skilling of our team members based on Project Environment / Technologies demand, Tracking of assigned tasks to the team using Dashboards and close association with the project resources to understand their dependencies and to support them during their critical times etc...🙏👍💐🌻💯
I believe Lead Delivery Manager and Delivery Manager Lead is same thing, its just in the nomenclature. They are both in charge of managing and overseeing Delivery Managers.
