Today we are agreeing you from our homeland, Marbella :D
In todays property tour we explored one of Marbella´s most epic homes, which just hit the market. This architectural beauty was created by Diego Tobal and has some of the most interesting architectural features we’ve recently seen in Marbella. The design is clean and flawless. In particular, the cantilevers of this home left us in awe. Shifting away form the epic design, we encounter an incredible interior space with ceiling heights off 4m90. The entire home is huge, every room is captivating and designed throughout. The interior designer has spend a great deal of time to fit this home with perfect matching furniture, which totally costs over 600.000€. The home features 6 en-suit bedrooms, a large living room with sliding glass windows which fully open and pocket into the walls, giving you the indoor-outdoor fusion you can only dream of. A open plan kitchen with high end appliances, a dirty kitchen, a basement with a spa and gym area, and a super cool bar / entertainment area.

This home really shines at night with all the soft lighting. A little too white for my taste during the day
The lighting in the house was fab, very calm light which, as you've seen, does not flicker either 😅

Brown/beige with a little bit of black everywhere are my favorite interior colors (like bedroom number 5), it really gives some warm and comfy feeling to a house ... oups wait i really sounds like the Maro Brothers now ! 😁

Wow! This is a really beautiful home. The architecture is splendid and I love the little details. It is amazing that it does not look so huge from the outside but the space inside is tremendous. The high ceilings make it really airy. The only downside is the size. Too big for a vacation home and hence too expensive. Whoever will buy this house is a very fortunate person. Thanks for the great tour to the two of you! Well presented as always.
That's exactly what surprised us, the size inside. The ceiling height was also super epic 😍
Nice tour again guys. Not sure about the Villa though. 3 bedrooms on the upper floor looked like Hotel rooms. 2 bedrooms downstairs were much nicer. Not sure if guests would appreciate the housekeeper having a better bedroom? Lastly, it is called a wood-paneled ceiling, just so you know. LOL. Glad you're back home.

Tobal Arquitectos are no doubt my favourite architects in the world. Every house they make is stunning, but at the same time 100% functional. I've seen many videos on French mansions, Beverly Hills mansions, Las Vegas Mansions, Brazilian mansions, but none of them come even close to what Tobal does, in my opinion. Ok, maybe Saota comes close, but I still prefer Tobal xD
