I use to have a ton of flare ups. I would get UTIs almost every month. I would do the antibiotic-Macrobid. Eventually I was getting the pain without the infection. So I haven’t had a flare up in 2 years. Here’s what I did : went vegan, stopped using oil to cook, no more soda or any thing carbonated, no alcohol, no spicy foods ( I loved hot Cheetos ), and started taking d-mannose but I stopped because it gave me acne. I’m really sorry that you are going thru this. Believe me I understand the pain and frustration. Not only does it affect you physically but mentally it is so draining. Sending you many hugs! Ps. On Facebook there are many support groups. You are not alone.
Oil?? I haven’t heard of oil causing it! What do you use to make the pan not stick? 🫶🏼 I’m gonna look into the fb groups but I’m terrible and keeping up with them 😢
I am so sorry u hurt your back and u r dealing with your UTI stuff. I really hope u start feeling better. Your apt is coming along and looks stunning. Hugs and happy holidays ❤
Loved the vlog. I am digging the couch with the chaise lounge. I love how Pascal was trying to take as much space as possible. Also I am sorry to hear about your chronic illness, but hopefully your next urologist will be able to figure it out.
I don't struggle with this, but I have another source of chronic pain which lasts about 6hrs a day... After a year of suffering, I have surgery booked this January. I feel your pain girl. It may be a slow road to recovery, but this wont be your reality forever. Sending you strength, patience, and answers.
I used to have issues like this as well so much so they had me in multiple tests. Honestly, what i started to do is take 3-4 crandberry pills, and focused on gut health with probiotics, eating less gluten and it honestly helped so much. Everytime I felt a flare up I would just take some crandberry pills right away and drank lots of water. Hope you find a solution babe!
I have interstitial cystitis as well and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. It is truly so terrible, I’m sorry you’re dealing with this 😔 The thing that has helped me the most is being on probiotics for women’s health! Love wellness has a wonderful uti bundle and it has helped me a lot. I know it’s not always bacteria related or course, but having the constant inflammation in your bladder makes for an angry environment that probiotics can help with ❤️ oh and also I know this will make you sad (me too trust) but switching to decaf coffee made a huge difference. Caffeine is a really big bladder irritant.
I’m gonna try theirs! Thank you for the recc. Have you done any treatments for it? Like the flushing and stretching of the bladder? I have been cutting caffeine for a week now 🥲 it is sad but I think that + smoking (which I haven’t done in forever but did for like 5 years) really caused it honestly
@@sophiedelynn no I haven’t had to do anything other than lifestyle changes! It took about a month to really see the difference but once it all kicked in, my life was so much better. I hope that’s all you need as well! ❤️
Ask to get vaginal pcr swab for mycoplasma/ureaplasma. They also cause uti symptoms. Vaginal issues are the worst. I’m sorry you’re going through this.
I suffered with this for an entire year, constantly taking medication and one day it stopped.. definitely hope you find relief soon girl! 😢
Prayers for healing and pain removal! Great vlog, love the new couch and how your place looks. That doggy sweater is amazing!! ❤
Thank you love! 💜

Oh honey, IC sucks so much so my heart goes out to you! Def get in with a good urologist who specializes in it so they can help you appropriately. 💜
You’re so smart about the specialization! I’m going to make sure. 💜🫶🏼
