This video makes me want to live in Gensokyo, dang it! It's so freaking PRETTY looking, not to mention relaxing. I don't even flipping care if it's actually a dangerous place to live because of all the human-eating Youkai. No place on Earth is truly 100% safe to live anyways. And besides, danger can add a bit of spice to life and remind you that you're not invincible. It's a bit humbling, kind of like living at the mercy of nature constantly, like how our ancestors did ages ago before we advanced to where we are today. At the very least, I'd love to live in a place that looked a lot like Gensokyo, even if I had to make such a place myself in the future.

The backgrounds are absolutely stunning, I'm really inspired by it. Not so sure about the foreground animation, it seems a bit miss-matched in terms of style as the backgrounds are almost photo realistic, whereas the animations are a lot more cartoonish and not much movement...
