another thing you could try is to use a line from another song you like that you think could fit as a jumping off point (be sure to take it in a different direction ofc and use just as inspo you dont wanna just straight copy)
pro tip: a song 99% of times WON'T sound good the first time you sing it, or just if you re-read it and it doesn't fit well, that's why you always write and/or sing it more times, very RARELY, a song will come out good the first time you do it, basically only people with a gift from God or a Musical Ear, but trust me just work and don't expect everything in your first months, and don't underestimate what you gon do in 2 years.
you have to adjust your auto tune to match your voice specifically, i recommend not touching the flex tune setting and just adjusting retune speed to >11 and your humanize setting shouldnt be above 50 whilst your vibrato adjuster shouldnt be going outside the -4.4 -- 4.4 range. But thats just me and make sure you are rapping at least a little in key.
