Trap metal seems to be the hardest to use especially with those distorted basses! I’ve learned to go with it and I’ve invented my own flows!

Cheers for this, I've been looking for "what is heart rate variability training?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Fiylianaton Glorious Framework - (do a google search ) ? It is an awesome one of a kind product for discovering how to hack your flow state and succeed without the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my mate got amazing success with it.

The only way to land big as a rapper is to be put on, sponsored, promoted, by a major record company, label, producer, manager, promoter, or have a big buzz locally on the local radio station or area you're in with large amounts and counts of people backing you up by helping spread your name so you can get that major buzz. Or you need a lot of cash like 2 Chains did to waste on paying for spins on the local radio network. This is how Atlanta, Miami, South Florida, New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Boston, St. Louis, Texas, Louisiana, Oakland, Detroit, and Los Angeles area rappers aid and help each other get on or break out big time.

My favorite way a rapper had flowed on a beat is either Lost in Love from Mc Magic or Could This be Magic by Ese 40z because Mc Magic uses spanglish so smoothly and the slow flow blends so good with the beat and Ese 40z have the bass and drums with a long first hit then 2 fast kicks at the bar end so they flow with a longer word or phrase to start then with the 2 fast kicks, they say something short on it like "so I" or "then we," anything that flows fast on the kicks which is nice

Boiling water and breathing the steam as weird as that sounds it really helps with congestion which can be a problem. 2. Peanut butter, the old screamer trick i learned from grindcore bands, i actually used to teach people to scream yet never tried it myself, ill never tell. After those i massage i jaws and i sing along to songs that hit alot of vocal points like let it burn by usher and i rap aling to songs that i like, last but not least i drink tea and meditate

That being said my homie and I produce beats a lot of which are actually super dope but different we kinda wanted to get on a professional beat level and our own original style before I got hella serious into song writing. Now that we are about there I find myself stuck on bar length and flow on complex melodies if I could maybe email you a beat or something would you be down to show me how to approach song writing to it or do a 1 on 1 video chat

I think it would be helpful if you used your songs on this channel as examples of the material you are teaching because when I hear your songs I hear you put everything you teach into practice and it makes so much sense. You’re song “I Said No” is a perfect example of the modern “Rap Flow” dominating the music industry.
