7 years have passed. And still nobody shows this level of absolute mastery over the handpan. Most incredible playing from Kabecao. Easy relaxed ethereal.
This is Beyond technique...this pure is beauty. Something has landed here that is the result of thousands of years of artistic evolution...and of thousand of instants of playing with your soul wide open .
And this song is still the best one on this channel .... What a song.

It's been probably a month now that I watch (but mostly listen ;) to this video at least several times a day... The best handpan playing performance I've ever heard - the rythm and technicity of your play, all those effects like bending or the pinch harmonics are absolutely incredible, didn't know that such things were feasible on handpan, it's so dynamic, very colorful - but also one of the best music tune for me, all styles mingled! Encore!

The stuff at 5:47 is just insane...insanely good.
I'll be honest. I like Sam Maher's New York Handpan 02 and Adrian Portia's Minkara better when it comes to there being an actual "song"-like structure, but the technique I see here is boss level. It moves me to tears. It's like watching Roger Federer play tennis. Graceful, elegant and a deeply spiritual experience.
