Non citizens can register businesses in Liberia. Just make sure you go through all the legal process that necessary. The only thing I know you will not be allowed to do is buy and own land but what you can do is lease, which is a way around that because you can renew your lease if necessary

Coming from America opening business in Liberia is very dangerous.they are after you ..I would preferred not doing business just live a low profile life.. whatever I’m getting for America is enough ..how much money do one person need ? I did the bike business I had two, but it was very frustrating .these ppl will come telling u all kind of stories ..ma,no business this thing wrong that thing wrong ! I don’t wanna be bother with those kind of shit.. I will encourage that we do not bring more bikes into the country.
