I have done a four video series of rebuilding them. The next build is already waiting outside my garage. The carbies need to be completely rebuilt so hang in there a little longer. KR

Nice stuff ! do we need to lubricate the choke linkage? I've rebuild my carbies and my choke is really hard to move. Any advice?

Hi. I’ve never had any trouble. In fact I always find my choke set up to lose. I would just check your linkages are all in the correct position so they aren’t binding up any where. But I don’t see any problem in putting some lubricant in the set up. But I can remember once on a set I rebuilt they they were stiff because I had put a nylon spacer in the incorrect position were the choke plate screws onto the carby. If you send my an email I can send you a photo to show you exactly what I mean . KR
