I remember watching this in the Great British Baking Show, but never knew how to do it. IDK if I can ever do it as beautifully as you did, but I'm sure gonna try! 🙌🏽 🖤
This was really useful.. thankyou
Wow! This was incredibly helpful! Thank you for such a great video. I’m about to make my daughter’s 2nd birthday cake and this will be so useful to help me work out the ganache and buttercream. I love that you did it without expensive ganaching plates too!
I love the idea of ganache plates but the are so so expensive. I try to use as less equipment as I can. Already half of my kitchen cupboards are full of my cake stuff😂
Keeping the cake stuff is a real struggle lol
That was an awesome video. No one's has ever explained it so it was easy. Thank you...
Excellent finish of the cake 👌👍

As always amazing tutorial
I am a home baker and learn from you...keep it up this good work..May Allah succeeded you in every aspect of life..
Just a quick question what if we fill whipping cream Inside the layers instead of butter cream does it work too with fonent and 2 ,3 tier cakes?
Never use fresh cream or any fresh cream cheese under fondant cakes. It wouldn’t take a weight of whole cake.
May I ask what do you do with the remaining ganache? If you store it how long can we store it for
And was this an 8 inch cake? How much double cream and white chocolate was needed for this 3 layer cake please? And final question please do you boil the creams or put in microwave
Please watch my white chocolate ganache video for ganache related questions. Yes it’s an 8” cake. Ganache can last up to 7 days in the fridge or if you wanna store for longer then you can freeze it. I just put mine in an air tight container and freeze.
Thank you
Hiya, thanks for this, love it. In preparation for my daughter's 3rd birthday cake, a question, how much ganache is needed for this 3 layer Peppa Pig cake please? Also is this cake for a 24 people serving please? Many thanks
An 8” round x 3layers cake will feed 25. The ganache amount really depends on how thick you wanna do the ganache layer. I usually use 300ml double and 900gm white cooking chocolate for this size. Hope this helps x

Amazing
Love this video. I always use dark chocolate ganache for both chocolate and vanilla cakes under fondant…. Does white chocolate ganache work the same? I would love to use it for my vanilla cakes
I definitely use more white ganache than the others. I totally prefer white ganache just because it sets quicker and I find it much easier to work with.
hi I wanted to make a red cake
for my daughter's birthday. does a gel red coloring works for a ganache?
merci!I am watching from france. I love your video tutorials.
I have never coloured my ganache but colouring ganache shouldn’t be a problem if you use strong red colour. I would recommend sugarflair extra red colouring it’s very intense. That’s what I use for colouring the cake sponge and buttercream.
Second video I am watching. Liking what I see... Can I use ganache instead of butter cream in between the tiers of cake?
Yes you can if that’s what you prefer. 😊
Hi can u please share the white chocolate ganache recipe of frosting please
It’s linked in the description.
❤
Lovely tutorial. Have u made ur ganache night before?
Yes if you make it a night before and leave on the counter or table. Next day it will have a perfect peanut butter consistency(depends on your weather)
Waao mam you're so beautiful love from India Marshall Allah bless y
Is it too much sweet when you put fondant ?
Fondant and white ganache are two overly sweet things I am afraid.
Once the cake is covered with the ganache, when should you add the dripping or any other decorations? :)
Let the cake come down to room temperature if you wanna add the dripping. Other decorations can be added while the cake is cold.
How to colour white ganache
You can use oil gel colour to colour your ganache.
What Is this tool to level the cake
It’s called spirit leveller. You can get it from a hardware shop.
What was the ratio of the ganache in this video?? Please and how to store remaining ganache? Can freeze ?
You can freeze the left over ganache. I have linked the ganache video on the description.
Thank you
