- This video shows how I ganache my cakes using the upside down method and two acrylic circles to achieve a perfect finish. The acrylic discs and the steel bench scrapers are available to buy through my facebook shop - / app_251458316228

When you crumb coated did you use a cake board? Or is that just a crumb coated cake we see are any boards under it?
Hi, quick question. I made ganache for the first time this weekend. I wanted to do the top of the cake with it dripping down it. I used white baking chocolate, but it went slimy! I've no idea why! like a puddle of slime lol not pourable at all. where did I go wrong? excellent video!
Nicola You used baking chocolate. Doesn't work. You need to use good quality white chocolate without loads of added rubbish. Sounds like your ganache siezed. Yuk. Could use it in brownies-never waste chocolate!!!
Can i ask the recipe of the ganache that you used in there?thank you

Angela Sutton HI AGAIN YOU DO NOT APPEAR TO BE ANSWERING ANY ONE`S QUESTION`S AS I ASKED DO YOU FREEZE YOUR CAKE BEFORE GANACHE AND ALSO IT LOOKS LIKE YOU HAVE A CAKE BOARD UNDER YOUR CAKE WHEN YOU LIFT IT ON TO THE ACRYLIC THANKS FOR A SPEEDY REPLY ANGELA
She said it goes in the fridge after she levels and crumb coats and yes there is a cake card under the cake it will be the same size as the cake.

Que mala es la traducción al español, no dice absolutamente nada de lo que ella esta diciendo. Por lo tanto es imposible aprender de este video.
A lot of work and a lot of equipment just to frost a cake. Also, provides a higher chance in dropping the cake. Why not just do it the old fashioned way?
Your chocolate ganache looks more like frosting than ganache 😒😠
It's white chocolate ganache
She even said in the video that it's white chocolate ganache
oh well ok
OMG ...... DID SHE LICK HER FINGER THEN PUT HER HAND BACK THE CAKE ..... EWWWWW GROSS 🤢🤢🤢
