Magnificent. This was a dream cast and it's too bad YT doesn't have a lot more uploads of it by other people who recorded it on their home VCRs. As others have noticed, this upload quality is far better than the few I've seen so far. If you're related to Tom Krause, bravo. He was a wonderful baritone and I seem to recall a production of Nabucco with him starring, am I right? Of course, his Escamillo in Carmen. Far too many artists of that era did not get recorded nearly enough for posterity's sake, and certainly for opera music history in specific. At least we have this now. Mil gracias. Paz.

Yoo Toob I think this is 1980 Paris, the cast was almost the same that 1977, the only change was Musseta, if you search information about the cast of both casts you will see the difference, I though it was 1977 too but someone made me realise my mistake. And yes, the quality of this recording is awesome, I wish there were the hole opera in this quality
