I bought the Rapace, I loved the boot. I only problem was the toe box was pretty tight.

Do they run true to size?
Thank you for the great detailed video. I was wondering if it would be possible to contact Alec from Salewa for some advice? This is a fantastic well made boot which unfortunately doesn't work for me. It did leave me with blisters which isn't the main problem I'm experiencing with them. After contacting Salewa directly to explain I was told they cannot help me due to not being able to offer warranty service in the UK at the moment and to contact them in a couple of months. Apologies for asking, many thanks.

@@GOHUNT Thanks for getting back to me. I was a bit too quick to write the boots off, I wore them today on a mountain hike and it was a total different experience from my first use. They were great with just a slight bit of rubbing on one heel but nothing major. They really are excellent boots and it's likely I just didn't give enough time to break them in before using them on my first hike.

How it stand up in mud
Mud will cause a chain reaction that breaks down the stitching and glue. They can’t be used in mud, voids the warranty.
